If you’re trying to lose weight or change a habit, get rid of items that tempt you. Toss the chips, the alcohol, the cigarettes and the candy – just get it right out of your house. Especially in this winter weather, you’re not likely to make a special trip to the store for something you’re craving so take advantage of that, and don’t keep it in your home.
