The Essential Element H2O

Water is an essential element for us; in our external environment, to moisten our air and to nurture plants and wildlife.

Water is a requirement in our bodies to keep it healthy. Two glasses of distilled water after waking up helps activate internal organs. Add a teaspoon of lemon and it cleans those organs. One glass of distilled water 30 minutes before a meal helps digest food and prevents over eating. If you suffer from high blood pressure, take a glass of distilled water before taking a bath which helps lower blood pressure. Distilled water is void of chemicals, salts and minerals.
