How to cure constipation

Research has shown if you take these steps, you can cure constipation:

  • Take a probiotic or eat yogurt daily
  • Walk for an hour daily
  • Take a magnesium supplement
  • Eat a pear each day

If you have difficulty pushing your bowel movement out, try squatting by putting your feet up on a step-stool in front of your toilet. If these steps do not help you, then see me to unblock your stagnant abdominal Qi.
